Pattonville High School recognizes Top 10 seniors in Class of 2018

Pattonville High School announced and recognized the school’s Top 10 seniors (based on grade point average as of the end of the first semester) during an all-school assembly on May 10.

The high school presented the Top 10 seniors with shirts from the universities they will attend after graduation. The Top 10 seniors in the Pattonville Class of 2018, their declared majors and the universities they will attend are:

1 - Aaron Garner, majoring in vocal performance and economics at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio;
2 - Sarah Baker, majoring in biology with an emphasis in pre-medicine at Truman State University;
3 - (Tied) Grace Skelton, majoring in graphic design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia; and Lydia Young, majoring in human biology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles;
5 - Aaron Hautekeete, majoring in mathematics, physics or chemistry at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota;
6 - Michael Pieper, majoring in computer science and applied physics at Missouri University of Science and Technology;
7 - Katie Basta, majoring in interior architecture at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas;
8 - Bobby Bailey, majoring in biology with a focus on pre-medicine at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee;
9 - Patrick Hachmeister, majoring in military history at the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York; and
10 - Sam Risenhoover, majoring in actuarial science at Maryville University.
