Pattonville High School Presents "Play On!"
Pattonville High School Presents "Play On!"
Thursday, October 18, 2018
Coming to the Pattonville Community Auditorium stage this week is a comedy about plays. For a three-day run starting Oct. 18, the Pattonville High School theater department presents “Play On!”

An area community theater is about to stage a new murder mystery play ... one that shares the same name as an Agatha Christie novel, but which bares no relationship to the famous book. Between an inexperienced playwright who continues to change the script two days before opening night to the accidental deletion of the entire sound effects board, anything that could go wrong does. But, as anyone in theater knows, the show must go on! Told in three acts - a rehearsal, the dress performance and the actual performance - “Play On!” is a hilarious love letter to community theater.

“Play On!” will be performed on Oct. 18, 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. at the Pattonville High School community auditorium, located at 2497 Creve Coeur Mill Road in Maryland Heights. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children and students. There are three ways to purchase tickets: visit www.pirateplayers.org/box-office; contact Lara Corvera, Pattonville High School theater director, at (314) 213-8051 or lcorvera@psdr3.org; or visit the box office one hour prior to each show.
